LoanBerg operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and channel partner for banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). We help structure, document, and route your home loan or personal loan application to a suitable lender on our partner panel.
We are a facilitator, not a lender. We do not sanction, disburse, or hold loans ourselves. Every loan approval, interest rate, tenure, and term is determined solely by the partner bank or NBFC that processes your application, and remains subject to their independent credit policy.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a loan agreement under Indian law. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your loan requirement;
- Promptly inform us of any change that may affect your application;
- Only submit documents that are genuine and belong to you or that you are authorised to share; and

5. No guarantee of loan approval
Submitting an enquiry or application through LoanBerg does not guarantee that any lender will approve your loan, or that the terms offered will match any indicative figures discussed with you. Final sanction, disbursal, interest rate, and tenure are entirely at the discretion of the partner lender, based on their own credit assessment.
6. Fees & charges
Where applicable, any fee payable for our facilitation services will be communicated to you clearly before you are asked to pay anything. Separately, your lender may levy its own processing fees, charges, or interest, governed entirely by that lender's own terms and disclosures.
7. Third-party lender terms
Once your application is routed to a bank or NBFC, that lender's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and loan agreement will govern the relationship between you and them. LoanBerg is not a party to, and holds no liability under, the final loan agreement executed between you and the lender.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of LoanBerg or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or provide fraudulent documentation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's information;
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from this website; or
